With less than 3 weeks until E3, Spike TV has announced that it will be the home of Microsoft's E3 briefing. What does this mean? Well, this years briefing at E3 will be shown live and exclusive on the network.

If that wasn't enough, the press briefing has revealed a lot more, perhaps to the delight of many of those who are interested in tuning in to the event.

In addition to airing in high-definition on Spike, MTV Networks and Xbox will make the program available across a record number of digital platforms and screens. MTV Networks’GameTrailers.com will provide a live, high-definition video stream on the Internet, powered by the global Akamai HD Network platform. In addition the briefing will air live in Times Square, and be available for live streaming on Facebook, mobile platforms, MTV.com, Spike.com and Xbox.com/E3. For the first time, viewers will also be able to watch the full HD briefing on-demand on Xbox LIVE.

Microsoft will be bringing their big toys for show and tell. It's only right that they want this to be shared with millions of gamers around the world.
